RETURN & REFUND

  1. We follow a no-exchange policy. However in extreme cases, if the exchange has to be made the shipping cost will have to borne by you.
  2. We have a strict No-Refund policy.
  3. However, if there is any issue / query with the product delivered to you, please email us with your order number and problem and we shall try and help you out.
  4. In case (and we will make sure this NEVER happens), the product is received damaged or, with a manufacturing defect or sometimes a wrong product altogether, kindly contact us on customercare@madoverbikes.com within 24 hours of receiving the product for necessary action.
  5. Kindly retain all packaging material and product until further communication from madoverbikes.com.
  6. DO NOT return the product, before receiving a confirmation email from our end. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, WE DO NOT guarantee any credit for or replacement of the product.
  7. The email should contain your order number (In subject line) and other details of the defects/complaints. We shall examine the product and only then proceed with measures to resolve the issue.
