RETURN & REFUND
- We follow a no-exchange policy. However in extreme cases, if the exchange has to be made the shipping cost will have to borne by you.
- We have a strict No-Refund policy.
- However, if there is any issue / query with the product delivered to you, please email us with your order number and problem and we shall try and help you out.
- In case (and we will make sure this NEVER happens), the product is received damaged or, with a manufacturing defect or sometimes a wrong product altogether, kindly contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the product for necessary action.
- Kindly retain all packaging material and product until further communication from madoverbikes.com.
- DO NOT return the product, before receiving a confirmation email from our end. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, WE DO NOT guarantee any credit for or replacement of the product.
- The email should contain your order number (In subject line) and other details of the defects/complaints. We shall examine the product and only then proceed with measures to resolve the issue.
